GK Jewelers specializes in natural gemstones and gemstone jewelry. We provide certified gemstones where available and offer a GK Jewelers Guarantee Card with lifetime authenticity assurance on every gemstone.

  • All gemstones sold by GK Jewelers are natural unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Gemstone images are for reference purposes; slight variations in color, clarity, or appearance may occur due to natural characteristics and screen differences.
  • Weight, size, and dimensions mentioned are approximate.

Certification & Guarantee

  • Certain gemstones may include third-party certification (e.g., GGI – GIA-associated laboratories).
  • If third-party certification is not included, GK Jewelers provides its own Guarantee Card confirming authenticity.
  • All gemstones carry a lifetime authenticity guarantee from GK Jewelers.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • GK Jewelers reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation or order verification in case of Cash on Delivery (COD).

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made jewelry is created according to customer specifications.
  • Once a custom order is approved and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
  • Estimated completion time will be shared at order confirmation.

Ring Resizing, Repair & Polishing

  • Services such as resizing, repair, and polishing depend on design feasibility.
  • GK Jewelers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party alterations.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
  • GK Jewelers is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if approved under GK Jewelers’ Return Policy.
  • Custom orders, resized items, and personalized jewelry are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability
