  • COD orders are dispatched through TCS and BlueEx courier services
  • Order confirmation may be required via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch

2. Bank Transfer

  • Direct bank transfer to our bank account
  • Order processing begins after payment confirmation

3. Online / Digital Payments

  • Mobile wallet or online transfer options: EasyPaisa, Jazzcash, NayaPay, SadaPay, etc…
  • Secure payment handling through trusted channels

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is provided as a convenience service for customers
  • GK Jewelers reserves the right to limit or disable COD for high-value orders, custom orders, or certain locations
  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in a COD restriction for future orders

Advance Payment for Certain Orders

Advance payment may be required for:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Design consultation–based orders
  • High-value or rare gemstones
  • International-standard certified gemstones

This policy helps ensure order seriousness and smooth processing.

Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention:

  • Orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp
  • Unverified orders may be delayed or canceled

Payment Security

  • GK Jewelers does not store customers’ sensitive payment details
  • All transactions are handled with confidentiality and care

Failed or Delayed Payments

  • Orders with incomplete or failed payments may be automatically canceled
  • GK Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method, where possible
