At GK Jewelers, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in natural gemstones and made-to-order jewelry, our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent for both parties.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product delivered is incorrect compared to the confirmed order
  • A manufacturing defect is identified and reported within the allowed time

The item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, certificate (if any), and GK Jewelers Guarantee Card

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been resized, altered, repaired, or polished on customer request
  • Loose gemstones once delivered and accepted
  • Orders placed with advance or partial payment
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or third-party handling

Return Request Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

Verification & Approval Process

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by GK Jewelers
  • GK Jewelers reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on verification

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on payment channel

Exchange Process

  • Approved exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer
  • Replacement dispatch timelines will be communicated after approval

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to GK Jewelers’ error, return shipping will be covered by us
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Important Notes

  • Natural gemstones may have slight variations in color, inclusions, or clarity; this is not considered a defect
  • Certification or Guarantee Card does not make an item returnable
  • GK Jewelers reserves the right to update this policy at any time
